- Payment once submitted shall **not be refunded**.
- No payment shall be **transferred to another account**.
- In case of any refund matters, the application furnishes the eighth genuine reason to be submitted to **AIREX office within 5 days**.
- The online payment paid by the customers **not be returned under any circumstances**. The application shall be appropriately considered for further action by the AIREX.
Note: “Any dispute arising between the parties or any dispute or differences arising from this consignment as to the performance or non-performance of the foregoing terms and conditions shall be subject to the **exclusive and irrevocable jurisdiction of courts at Kerala**”
